Shipping and delivery
What does standard ordering mean?
Our goods are primarily dispatched via the logistics services of GLS and UPS. Bulky goods or parcels weighing 30 kg or more are delivered by a forwarding agent.
Can I book express orders and what costs should I expect?
If you order from us by 15:00, we can send your goods by express delivery on the same day, provided they are in stock. Your order will be delivered the next working day. Additional fees apply.
Are overnight express orders possible?
You need your goods particularly quickly. For orders placed by 15:00 and in stock, your goods can be dispatched by overnight express.
Can I also collect my goods on site?
Do you need your goods quickly and want to save on shipping costs? Then you have the option of picking up your order directly from us on site. You can obtain information about the availability of goods and collection times from your customer advisor.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs depend on the conditions agreed with us. In the case of express deliveries, however, the costs are always passed on. Please contact your customer advisor.

Our online store is a direct-to-dealer (D2D) retailer. Activation only takes place after successful verification of your store registration.
I can't find an article?
We cannot display the entire portfolio of rolling bearing and drive technology in our store. It may happen that you are looking for products that are not listed in our inventory. In this case, please send us your product inquiry using the contact form. We will then get in touch with you as soon as possible.
