Product types

O-rings

O-rings are ring-shaped seals with a round cross-section, similar to a doughnut. O-rings are cost-effective, reliable, and easy to install seals that are commonly used in machines and systems.

Flat gaskets

Flat gaskets are sealing elements used to prevent the penetration of liquids, gases or other substances between two solid surfaces. The appropriate material for flat gaskets depends on factors such as the type of liquid or gas, temperature, pressure and environmental conditions. The portfolio includes: Elastomer seals, Graphite gaskets, Asbestos-free fibre quality, Individual production, Silicone seals, Sponge rubber seals.

Flange gaskets

Flange gaskets are essential components that are placed between flanges to prevent the leakage of liquids or gases. Made from materials such as elastomers, PTFE, graphite or metal, they are available in various shapes and sizes to meet the requirements of different applications.

V-rings

V-rings are used as lip seals or flinger rings to seal against external factors such as dust, dirt, grease, oil or water splashes. The V-ring provides an axial seal against the mating surface as the shaft rotates.

Wipers / Scraper ring

Wipers are crucial sealing elements that prevent impurities from entering the cylinder interior when the rod of pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders retracts. Our range offers a variety of suitable wipers for different cylinders and applications, ensuring maximum reliability and durability.

Round cords

Round cords are produced in finite strands and have a circular cross-section. They are designed for use as static seals and achieve their sealing effect through cross-section deformation after installation and compression in the installation space. The pressure of the medium reinforces the sealing function during operation. Round cords can be connected to the round cord ring using cyanoacrylate or two-component adhesive, depending on the application.

Lip Seal/piston seal

The lip seal, also known as a piston seal, is mainly used as an axial sealing element between shafts and housings that have rotary or translatory movement.

X-rings
Quad ring

X-Rings/Quadrants are used when O-Rings are no longer sufficient to seal dynamic joints. The square profile of the ring-shaped seal prevents twisting and turning in the groove, resulting in less wear.

Gland packings
Gland Packings Graphite, PTFE

Gland packings are flexible sealing elements made of materials such as PTFE, graphite, carbon fibre or other special fibre mixtures. They are commonly used in stuffing box packings to seal rotating shafts or moving rods against a housing, preventing the escape of liquids or gases, even under pressure.

Sealing caps

Sealing caps provide a stable, secure and customised seal for drill holes, bearing and shaft bushings. They come in various sizes and types.
